From a moviegoer’s perspective, the 2026 horror year offers pace and range. 2026, Lined Up To Scare

There is brand equity where it matters, filmmaker vision where it matters, and a calendar that shows studios know when and how to deliver scares. The awards and festival pipeline into 2027 will come into focus once the fall festivals lock, and it would not be surprising to see at least one near-deadline boutique buy join the party. For now, the job is simple, craft precise trailers, lock the reveals, and let the scares sell the seats.
